Hi THere
I am totally new to wordpress and have used the dkret3 theme for a few weeks and want to keep it. The tagline in the header has suddenly disappeared for no reason even thought the text is still in the general settings field. I have tried resaving but this doesnt work. I have consulted the support forums on wordpress but cant find anyhelp that doesnt seem to involve customising code? I would have though that this tagline field should just work? Can anyone help?
Thanks
Charley

This is no problem with the theme. Try activating the default theme and see if it reappears.

I think I have solved it! I added a plugin called "advanced tagline" that i hadnt actually dragged to my sidebar, so i thought it was inactivated but I had to actually inactivate it in the plugins settings.

I just asked you to deactivate dkret to find out if your problems are theme related. Nice to hear that everything is in shape again.
